Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Novet Technologies Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered address at 9 Raffles Place, #08-03 Republic Plaza, Singapore 048619 (“Novet”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), governing your access to and use of the Company’s platform, including any related features and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Services

The Services enable users to upload legal documents, submit queries, receive AI-generated analysis, and obtain AI-generated redlined versions of such documents. You acknowledge and agree that the Services are intended solely for informational and operational support purposes and do not constitute legal advice, legal opinion, or legal representation. You acknowledge and agree that Novet does not act as your legal counsel.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all legal documents, text, and other materials you upload or submit (“User Content”). By using the Services, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to process and use such User Content solely for the purposes of providing and improving the Services. We do not sell, distribute, or disclose your User Content to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• Transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or contains sensitive personal data without proper consent.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services or AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular situation. In no event shall Novet be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.

6. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
